MTB RENTAL

We offer mountain bike rentals for downhill biking in Hakuba Iwatake MTB Park. Accessories such as helmets and protectors are also available, so you can try mountain biking even if it's your first time and/or empty-handed. Kids' bikes, city bikes, and electric bikes are also available for hire.

PRIVATE TOUR

We offer bike tours that match the requests and levels of each customer. We'll take you to the trails on the mountain, single tracks in the forest or cycling roads in the village. We also offer beginner courses for downhill biking at Hakuba Iwatake MTB Park. Please feel free to contact us for details and reservations.

TOUR HOURS
  • 2.5H - 5H between 9:00AM - 4:00PM
ELIGIBILITY
  • Participants must be able to get on/off and ride a bicycle independently and follow instructions.
NOTES
  • Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver on the day of the tour.
  • Those under the age of 18 will need a parent's signature.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate in the tour.
  • Depending on your physical conditions, you may not be allowed to participate in the tour.
CANCELLATION FEE SCHEDULE
  • 7 days prior to the tour date: 10%
  • 6 to 5 days prior to the tour date: 15%
  • 4 - 2 days prior to the tour date: 20%
  • 1 day prior to the tour date: 50%
  • 24 - 0 hours prior to the tour departure: 100%
  • No cancellation fee will apply for cancellations due to inclement weather or natural disaster. However we will not compensate you for the cost of any other expenses resulting from the cancellation.
